Yes. We keep conversations private, coordinate arrival carefully, and don't discuss your home or the situation with anyone outside of it.
Will your team judge the condition of the home?+
No. Our crews are trained to work without commentary or judgment. We've seen a wide range of conditions and treat every home and every person the same way.
Do I need to clean anything before you arrive?+
No — and we'd rather you didn't. Handling clutter or biohazardous material without proper equipment can be unsafe. Call exactly as things are.
Can family members call on behalf of someone else?+
Yes. Adult children, siblings, caregivers, case managers, and property owners contact us regularly on someone else's behalf. We'll talk through how to involve the resident respectfully.
Can you help an aging parent?+
Often, yes. Many of our residential jobs involve a senior's home that has become difficult to maintain or move through safely. We work at a manageable pace and keep safe walking paths a priority.
Can you help determine what gets kept or removed?+
Yes. We can work through the home category by category with you. Documents, photos, valuables, and meaningful items are set aside, and nothing important is discarded without your say.
What happens during a hoarding cleanup?+
We walk the property, agree on a plan, then work room by room — sorting, removing unwanted items and debris, cleaning and sanitizing, and treating odors. We finish with a walkthrough together.
Do you handle severe hoarding conditions?+
Yes. Heavy clutter, blocked exits, spoiled material, pests, animal waste, moisture and mold, and biohazards are handled with appropriate protective equipment and disposal procedures.
Can you remove biohazards found during cleanup?+
Yes. If biohazardous material is discovered as rooms are cleared, our team is equipped to remove, transport, and dispose of it appropriately as part of the same job.
Do you provide estate and property cleanouts?+
Yes. We clear estates, inherited homes, and rental properties so they can be listed, occupied, or transferred — including coordination with executors, attorneys, and Realtors.
How quickly can you respond?+
Response time depends on the situation and your location. We're reachable available 24/7, and urgent situations are prioritized. When you call, we'll give you a realistic timeframe.

Can you help with insurance documentation?+
In many cases, yes. We can document the work performed to support an insurance claim or property records. Coverage depends on your specific policy.
Do you work with property managers and law enforcement?+
Yes. We regularly coordinate with property managers, landlords, attorneys, law enforcement, coroner's offices, and other professionals involved in a situation.
