FAQ
Answers to help you feel prepared.
Every situation is different. These answers offer general guidance — when you call, we'll tailor them to your specific circumstances.
What should I do before your team arrives?+
In most situations, the safest thing is to leave the affected area alone and step away. If you feel comfortable doing so, secure pets and let household members know we're coming. When you call, we'll walk you through anything specific to your situation.
Is your service confidential?+
Yes. Discretion is a core part of how we operate. We keep conversations private, coordinate arrival carefully, and don't share details of our work with anyone who isn't part of the situation.
How quickly can you respond?+
Response time depends on the situation and your location. When you call, we'll give you a realistic timeframe based on what you tell us. Urgent situations are prioritized.
Do I need to clean anything myself?+
No. In fact, we recommend not attempting to clean biohazardous materials yourself. Our team is equipped to handle these situations safely, and doing so protects your health and the property.
Can you help with insurance documentation?+
In many cases, yes. We can provide documentation of the work performed to support insurance claims or property records. Coverage depends on your specific policy — we'll do our part to help.
What happens to personal belongings?+
We treat personal belongings with care. When items can be preserved, we do our best to protect them. When items must be disposed of due to contamination, we explain why and, when possible, help identify meaningful items to set aside.
Do you work with property managers and law enforcement?+
Yes. We regularly coordinate with property managers, landlords, attorneys, law enforcement, coroner's offices, and other professionals involved in a situation.
How is cleanup pricing determined?+
Pricing depends on the scope of the situation, the materials involved, the time required, and any special equipment or disposal needs. Every situation is different, so we provide an estimate after learning more about the property. We'll always explain the plan before work begins.
